Cancellation Policy
Castle Bounce House with Slide Rental Policy Reservation and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the rental date. Rentals are subject to availability; early booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred date. Rental Duration: The standard rental period is 8 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. The rental time includes setup and takedown, so please ensure the designated area is accessible at the agreed-upon time. Delivery and Setup: Delivery and setup are included in the rental fee within a specified radius. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this area. The bounce house will be set up on a flat, dry surface that is free of debris, sharp objects, and overhead hazards. Safety Guidelines: All participants must remove shoes, glasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house. A responsible adult must supervise the bounce house at all times during the rental period. The maximum occupancy limit must not be exceeded, as indicated on the bounce house. Weather Policy: The rental is subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, etc.). Customers will be notified at least 2 hours prior to the rental if cancellation is necessary, with options for a full refund or rescheduling. Damage and Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage to the bounce house that occurs during the rental period. Renters must sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks and releasing the rental company from liability for injuries or damages related to the use of the bounce house. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental date will receive a refund of the rental fee (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will forfeit the entire rental fee. Additional Terms: The bounce house is designed for children aged 3 and up. Pets and food are not allowed inside the bounce house. The rental company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if safety guidelines are not followed.
