Cancellation Policy

Jungle Bounce House Rental Policy Reservation and Payment: To secure your rental, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the rental date. Reservations are subject to availability; early booking is encouraged to ensure your preferred date. Rental Duration: The standard rental period is for 8 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. Rental time includes setup and takedown; please ensure the designated area is available at the agreed-upon time. Delivery and Setup: Delivery and setup are included in the rental fee within a specified radius. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this area. The bounce house will be set up on a flat, dry surface, free from debris, sharp objects, and overhead obstructions. Safety Guidelines: All participants must remove shoes, glasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house. A responsible adult must supervise the bounce house at all times during the rental period. Inflatable capacity must not exceed the maximum number of users based on the manufacturer's guidelines (typically indicated on the bounce house). Weather Policy: The bounce house rental is subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, etc.). Customers will be notified at least 2 hours prior to the rental if cancellation is necessary, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Damage and Liability: Renters are responsible for any damage to the bounce house that occurs during the rental period. Renters must sign a waiver acknowledging that they understand the risks involved and agree to release the rental company from any liability for injuries or damages related to the use of the bounce house. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the rental date to receive a refund of the rental fee (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will forfeit the entire rental fee. Additional Terms: The bounce house is intended for use by children aged 3 and up. Pets and food are not permitted inside the bounce house. The rental company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if safety guidelines are not followed.
