We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and parking lots. Our tents also work on all surfaces including parking lot setups for large events.

If severe weather is expected we recommend rescheduling. We'll work with you to find an alternative date or provide a full refund if we need to cancel due to unsafe conditions.
